Position Summary
The Territory Manager is responsible to manage the Heart Valves Sales and Marketing in the designated sales are. To generate revenue from a portfolio of HV products in line with agreed budgets aimed at maximizing Company profitability
Essential Job Functions
- Be proficient in all processes that exist under the banner of Corcym business systems.
- To provide ongoing systems support to the local Sales Director.
- To achieve revenue and profit targets as set and defined by Management.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with all key customer stakeholders.
- Drive and promote the awareness of Corcym products to develop new business and achieve Company objectives.
- Effective ongoing communication with all relevant customer contacts and internal colleagues to ensure the delivery of excellent customer service.
- Meet regularly with HV Director to formulate HV territory business plans, including setting objectives and strategies for each account, in line with the divisional business plan.
- Preparation of contracts, tenders and competitive bids for each territory.
- Understand the internal training requirements for the Territory Managers and develop internal training packages as appropriate and manage ongoing training requirements.
- Provide on the field product trainings and promotions, by conducting field visits at least 2 x per week. Supporting business calls and providing feedback to the management to drive the business.
- Maintain an awareness of the sales climate, market intelligence and other developments amongst competitors and sharing this information as appropriate.
- Accurately complete all sales reporting, projections, forecasts and management reports in line with Company policy.
