CorCystems is a leading IT Managed Service Provider located in Ridgefield, CT. We are looking for a talented technical professional to take on the role of Automation Specialist. The Automation Specialist is responsible for designing and developing automation processes within the organization. This will involve both internal processes and client-facing processes to deliver effective, streamlined, and accurate results and services. The position will require a technical and non-technical approach, as it is a role that bridges automation between a human workforce. This will also take a firm understanding of business operations, workflow, and industry best standards as well as technical skills.

Requirements
- Manage the internal use of line of business applications such as ConnectWise, BrightGauge, etc. and further develop to ensure efficient and effective workforce and train staff on best practices
- Manage and maintain internal knowledgebase to ensure best practices are being properly used and train staff on proper usage
- Apply business knowledge to CorCystems processes and offerings to deliver both internal and external results for CorCystems.
- Develop proof of concepts for new automation projects for managerial and leadership approval
- Help implement automation projects within objectives and timelines based on management direction
- Keep key stakeholders and management informed of change improvements
- Recommend and evaluate new tools, techniques and methodologies needed to enhance productivity and quality
- Administer automation tools including, but not limited to: ConnectWise Automate, ConnectWise Manage, BrightGauge and Power BI
- Administer and help ensure accurate data across the organization through automation
- Troubleshoot and escalate any technical issues that are directly or indirectly related to automation and internal toolsets
- Develop any necessary skills or programming languages to aid in business needs
- Document all changes and process improvements including the use of flowcharts to demonstrate automation workflows
- Assist with preparing any reports needed for management or clients
- Help develop feedback loops for automation to deliver continual improvements
- Adhere to the change management procedure before making any large-scale changes
- Setup and facilitate roll-out of client support tools for new client onboardings
- Participate in preparing client documentation on new client onboardings
- Client patching program for workstations and servers
- BA/BS, preferably in computer science or a related field
- Knowledge in programming languages and concepts such as PowerShell, SQL, JSON, etc
- MBA/MS preferred but not required
- 5 years of technical experience
- Analytical and organized mindset a must
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly
- Understanding of support tools, techniques, and how technology is used to provide IT services
