We’re seeking a results-driven Distributor Sales Manager to own the full sales lifecycle—from prospecting to contract execution—with a focus on growing our Distributor channel. This is a high-impact role ideal for a skilled relationship builder with strong industry knowledge and a hunter mentality.
What You'll Do:
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of Distributor prospects and existing accounts.
- Conduct outbound lead generation via phone, email, and in-person outreach.
- Qualify inbound leads and convert them into long-term customers.
- Understand client goals and ATM strategy to tailor solutions effectively.
- Prepare proposals, respond to RFIs/RFPs, and negotiate contracts.
- Track all activity and opportunity stages in Salesforce CRM.
- Develop financial models (ROI, profitability) to support deal structuring.
- Represent CORD at industry conferences and networking events.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related field (preferred).
- 3 years of sales experience in the ATM, financial tech, or related industry.
- Demonstrated success in building and closing B2B sales pipelines.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills across all levels of an organization.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint); working knowledge of Salesforce.
- Willingness to travel 5–7 times annually.
