- Develop and implement project plans for maintenance & project work
- Coordinate with teams to ensure all tasks and projects are on schedule and within budget
- Manage contractors and suppliers
- Identify and resolve any issues or risks affecting project completion
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Prepare and present progress reports to senior management
- Manage resources allocation and ensure their optimum use
- Ensure quality control for all completed projects
- Comply with project plans and industry standards
