Cordance is seeking a highly strategic and results-driven Chief of Staff to serve as a key advisor and right-hand to the CEO. This role will drive operational excellence, streamline decision-making, and enhance cross-functional collaboration across HQ and our 21 business units. As the Chief of Staff, you'll work closely with executive leadership, gain deep exposure to private equity operations, and play a key role in scaling and optimizing the business.
The ideal candidate is a trusted strategic partner, capable of balancing high-level initiatives with hands-on execution in a fast-paced private equity environment.
This is a fully remote role; all candidates must reside in the US with work authorization

Responsibilities:
- Act as a thought partner to the CEO, driving strategic priorities, business objectives, and executive decision-making through data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Lead and manage high-impact initiatives and cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and seamless execution across business units.
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO and leadership teams, facilitating communication and ensuring operational alignment across all 21 business units.
- Optimize internal processes to enhance efficiency, scalability, and execution speed while ensuring best practices are consistently applied.
- Facilitate leadership meetings, ensuring alignment on key initiatives and accountability for follow-through on strategic decisions.
- Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, overseeing executive communications, investor relations, and board materials.
- Partner with HR and leadership to drive organizational effectiveness, change management, and strategic alignment as the company scales.
- Identify and implement leadership development and succession planning initiatives to strengthen long-term growth and stability.
- 7 years of experience in a strategic, operations, or Chief of Staff role within private equity, consulting, or a multi-business-unit organization.
- Strong understanding of private equity dynamics, portfolio company operations, and M&A integration.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models, key performance metrics (e.g., ARR, churn, LTV)
- Proven ability to manage complex initiatives, drive execution, and influence senior stakeholders.
- Highly adaptable, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
