As we continue to grow, we're seeking a talented Graphic Designer to refine our visual identity and maintain brand consistency across all platforms.
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with experience in packaging design and brand integration. In this role, you will work closely with the Founder & CEO, Nick Barrett, to enhance the CordBrick brand through various digital and print mediums. You will be responsible for creating engaging visuals that align with our brand guidelines and appeal to our target audience.
- Packaging Design:
- Develop and refine packaging designs for CordBrick and DeskBrick products.
- Ensure packaging meets production specifications and brand standards.
- Collaborate with manufacturers to oversee the production process.
- Brand Integration:
- Apply and maintain brand guidelines across all design projects.
- Enhance our visual identity by integrating branding elements consistently.
- Graphic Design:
- Create compelling graphics for websites, social media, email campaigns, and digital ads.
- Design print materials such as brochures, flyers, trade show banners, and promotional items.
- Produce web graphics optimized for different platforms and devices.
- Product Visualization:
- Generate high-quality product images, mock-ups, and renderings.
- Edit and retouch photos to showcase products effectively.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work independently while maintaining open communication with the CEO.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Develop relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for design processes for common project types.
- Content Management:
- Organize and upload visual content to various platforms, including Shopify and Amazon Seller Central.
- Ensure all graphics are optimized for performance and user experience.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of graphic design experience, preferably in consumer products.
- Proven experience with packaging design and production processes.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of projects, including product-focused designs.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Excellent understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience with web design principles and creating graphics for e-commerce platforms.
- Basic knowledge of video editing is a plus.
- Attributes:
- High attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Technical Knowledge:
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms such as Amazon Seller Central and Shopify.
- Understanding of printing processes and preparing print-ready files.

- Brand Guide:
- You will be provided with our comprehensive brand guide to ensure consistency in all designs.
- Product Samples and Assets:
- Access to product samples, images, and any necessary resources for design purposes.
- Collaboration Tools:
- Use of shared Google Drive folders for asset management and project collaboration.
- Communication through email, Slack, or scheduled meetings for updates and feedback.

- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs):
- Develop and document SOPs for design tasks to streamline processes and maintain quality.
- Feedback and Revisions:
- Be open to feedback and willing to make revisions to meet project requirements.
- Deadlines:
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet project deadlines.
