The Position:

• We’re looking for an Outside Sales Representative. The pay range is salary based and is based on experience
• We offer paid vacation and holidays, 401(k) with company match and profit sharing
• We also offer a comprehensive health insurance package for full-time positions
  
  

Requirements:

• 4-6 years sales related experience in a construction related or manufacturing field, Bachelor’s Degree, a plus but not required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Internet, Email, and Mac computers, ERP and CRM systems
• Time Management and strong written, oral communication, and basic math skills
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and grow product and sales scope of existing customer portfolio
• Acquire new customers and continuously develop prospects
• Travel minimum of 3-4 days per week within assigned territory and attending tradeshows
• Provide sales presentation to customers and prospects
• Collaborate with internal teams
• Meet or exceed sales targets, growth objectives, and metrics
• Capture accurate data from customer visits and market information through cold calls, prospects, and existing accounts
  
  

The Location:This position is based in Denton, TX.
