What You’ll Do:
- Represent our clients in family law matters, including divorce, child custody, and support cases.
- Develop case strategies, draft pleadings, and conduct legal research.
- Advocate for clients in court hearings, mediations, and depositions.
- Provide exceptional client service and maintain strong client relationships.
- Collaborate with a skilled team of attorneys and legal professionals.
- Other tasks as needed that help us effectively run our business.
What We’re Looking For:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active North Carolina state bar license.
- 2 years of family law experience.
- Strong negotiation and litigation skills with a client-centered approach.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively to achieve an annual billable target of 1500 hours.
- Passion for family law and advocacy for clients navigating complex legal issues.
- Must be able to appear for court, depositions, mediation, or any other in-person event in which our clients need legal support.
