Automotive Technician

• Up to $40 Per Hour Billed for the most Skilled Technicians
• Hourly Guarantee (To help get through the slow times, or weeks when things don't go your way)

• 1 years of Automotive Repair experience as an Technician
• ASE Certifications desired
• Experience diagnosing and repairing relevant makes and models
• Motivation to work independently
• Desire to learn and attend training sessions for products serviced by the company at the company's expense
• Own your own set of hand tools with a roll away toolbox
• Excellent verbal and communication skills
• Valid driver's license

• Perform work as outlined in repair order.
• Perform all work with efficiency and accuracy and in accordance with factory standards.
• Diagnose and repair vehicle malfunction.
• Communicate with the parts department to secure necessary parts.
• Work with service advisers and provide recommendation if repair order needs to be adjusted.
• Road test vehicles as needed for quality assessment.
• Maintain working knowledge of factory technical bulletins.
• Ensure customer vehicle cleanliness.
• Maintain neat and orderly work area.
• Accountable for all company owned tools.
• Perform job duties and functions with flexibility in the event of emergencies, changes in personnel, workload, rush jobs or technology developments.

• Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds
• Efficiently navigate a computer
• Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head
• Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle’s needed repair
• Have the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand tools
• Walk/stand for the majority of their workday
• Drive manual transmissions vehicles
