SUMMARY

Responsible for developing and implementing supply chain business process and system to ensure reliable supply. Oversight of integration of supply chain business processes with appropriate systems and tools to increase efficiency, visibility, and agility of site supply chain.

Represent Corden Pharma Colorado requirements to ensure seamless integration of site supply chain global initiatives and policies. Train and educate Corden Pharma Colorado site on supply chain business systems and process.

This role emphasizes the use of data analytics to drive continuous improvement and demonstrated experience in managing and motivating direct and indirect staff in a fast-paced environment.

The Business System and Compliance managers should be able to make ethical decisions and maintain their professional integrity. They should also be visible and act as an ambassador for the company to help ensure employees follow the company's policies and procedures.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for creating and implementing policies which can include drafting, reviewing, and updating policies and procedures
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure Supply Chain staff and key stakeholder are aware of relevant regulations
  • Identify the business for potential compliance risks and developing risk management strategies
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure business operations align with policies
  • Advise Supply Chain and site management on business operations, including investments, risks, and policy development
  • Bridge the gap between business and IT, working with business units to translate their needs into IT solutions, and serving as a liaison between the two
  • Oversee the day-to-day administration of systems, ensuring they meet operational, procedural, and regulatory requirements
  • Improve processes through analysis of business processes and developing strategies to support ongoing efficiency
  • Support end-users and managers, responding to system outages
  • Manage and lead projects related to business process improvement or automation
  • Analyze data through collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support decision-making
  • Develops, monitors, and improves performance on site specific KPIs, and supplier performance metrics

LEADERSHIP & BUDGET RESPONSIBILITIES

Provides guidance and leadership for multiple supply chain functional departments. Accountable for the spending of the department and reductions of the purchased price for goods and services. Provides input and recommendations. Supports site objectives and plans.

CPC's Quality Management System, which incorporates cGMP, is designed to deliver this quality objective. Attainment is produced through the requisite participation and commitment of all staff across departments and at all levels within the company.

cGMP is the part of Quality Management System ensuring products are consistently produced to accurate quality standards. Adherence to clearly defined procedures, in compliance with the principles of cGMP, is required when performing operations across Corden Pharma Colorado.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's Degree from a 4-year college or university; or 8 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

    Actual pay will be based on your skills and experience.
