SUMMARY
Responsible to ensure implementation of strategic growth capital projects are coordinated with other project activities and site operations to maximize efficiency and minimize impact on site operations. Accountable for situation assessment, plan development, execution of the plan and escalations as needed to ensure logistics of these projects are properly managed to meet objectives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage construction traffic in conjunction with site operating traffic
- Evaluate, organize and manage incremental operating traffic after projects are operational
- Coordinate interfaces with site utilities, maintenance, warehouse and other site infrastructure. Includes both construction and coordination.
- Coordinate space
- Develop project plans. Manage the execution of plans, perform necessary tasks
- Develop objectives and KPIs
LEADERSHIP & BUDGET RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervisory responsibilities include daily leadership of team, training, and development; interviewing and hiring; managing time and attendance records; performance appraisals; rewarding and disciplining employees; and resolving daily problems and conflicts.
Participates in the expense budget process by developing, tracking, and reporting data related to teams and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain plus 2 years’ experience in coordinating activities in large capital projects and 2 years’ experience in an operating plant; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
