SUMMARY
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage construction traffic in conjunction with site operating traffic
- Evaluate, organize and manage incremental operating traffic after projects are operational
- Coordinate interfaces with site utilities, maintenance, warehouse and other site infrastructure. Includes both construction and coordination.
- Coordinate space
- Develop project plans. Manage the execution of plans, perform necessary tasks
- Develop objectives and KPIs

- Expertise in logistics and capital projects activities
- Knowledge of construction site and operational traffic management
- Understanding of construction and operational interfaces of site utilities, maintenance, warehouse and other site infrastructure
- Experience in project plan, objectives, and KPI development, execution and management
- Excellent computer skills to include designing projects in Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, etc.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organization, planning, prioritizing, data gathering and analysis skills
- Understanding of regulatory issues in CDMO industry and impacts

Actual pay will be based on your skills and experience.
