The Massage Therapist at CordeValle is responsible for delivering a range of massage, hydrotherapy, and body services in alignment with CordeValle’s high standards of excellence. Responsibilities:
- Provide all massage and body treatments according to established protocols.
- Greet guests, escort them to treatment rooms, and ensure their comfort throughout their experience.
- Maintain knowledge of and adhere to all departmental policies and service standards.
- Keep treatment rooms and work areas clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Communicate with the front desk throughout the day regarding schedule changes and updates.
- Arrive punctually and ensure availability for scheduled shifts, breaks, and meal periods.
- Support and collaborate with other spa departments as needed.
- Assist guests with treatment selection based on their wellness goals.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and massage therapy techniques.

- Participate in spa sustainability initiatives, spa product/treatment trainings, and attend employee meetings and required training sessions.
