Role Overview:
- Managing the monthly and quarterly close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in reporting
- Leading and mentoring a team of accountants, providing support, coaching, and development
- Collaborating with internal teams to improve workflows, internal controls, and documentation standards
- Driving automation initiatives to reduce manual work and streamline financial processes
- Supporting audits, financial statement preparation, and compliance with accounting standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Accounting
- 7-10 years of accounting experience
- Strong understanding of GAAP, monthly close, and internal controls
- A process-improvement mindset with exposure to automation or finance transformation
