Title: Accounts Payable Specialist
Location: Hybrid – Arlington, VA
Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 20% bonus
The Accounts Payable Specialist will review and approve company invoices and prepare accounts payable reports as required. We are seeking someone detail-oriented, well-organized, interested in creating and owning processes, and providing best-in-class service to a growing organization.

Role and Responsibilities:
- Review and record invoices from vendors to ensure accuracy in billing.
- Maintain accounts payable files and records.
- Approve company invoices.
- Perform data entry and spreadsheet management.
- Respond to vendor and employee inquiries regarding invoices and payment details.
- Self-motivated and with strength in time management and task completion.
Required Skills/Competencies:
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree preferred or applicable work experience
- 1-3 years in accounts payable or an accounting position.
- Experience working with cloud-based accounting systems preferred.
- Excellent skills in MS Office.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and recording skills.
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
