Cordia Resources by Cherry Bekaert has partnered with a mid-size medical company searching for an Accounts Payable Associate on a temporary contract basis to assist with catch up and clean up.
This is a contract role - It is not a permanent position - 3 month contract paying $25-$27 per hour.
**On site five days a week. This is not a hybrid role - Candidates have to be on-site five (5) days
Location: (on-site requirement): 5 days on site – Orlando, FL 32826) Near UCF Campus
Job type/title: Accounts Payable Associate
Pay: $25-$27
Reason for opening: Behind on processing and need additional capacity to catch up
Full cycle (no check run) – matching batching coding data entry into the ERP system at a high volume – 1000 / month ideally
Work hours: 8am-5pm, but there’s flexibility
Candidate will be responsible for:
- Matching invoices
- Batching invoices
- Coding invoices
- Preparing for the check run
- Data entry of paper invoices into the ERP system
- High volume of accounts payable work (ideally 800 invoices/month)
Candidate should have the following experience:
- 3 years of full cycle AP experience
- High volume accounts payable processing experience (750 invoices/month)
- Experience working in an ERP system
- Ability to be on-site in Orlando (east side of town) 5 days per week
- “Can do” attitude
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Salary : $25 - $27
