Our client is a well-known and Mission Dirven Non for-Profit Organization located in the DC Metro area, is currently seeking an experience Accounting and Finance Leader. The company offers a hybrid work model with 4 days in the office per week, gorgeous new office space, and excellent company benefits.
Job Description:
Our client is seeking a Controller/DoF to manage all operational accounting areas, oversee the audit, and more. The successful candidate must have a CPA, with public accounting/nonprofit experience highly preferred. The Controller will oversee a team of 5 and will report to the CFO.
Qualifications:
Active CPA preferred.
Public accounting/nonprofit experience highly preferred.
Experience managing an accounting team.
Experience with budget preparation, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting.
