Our Association client is seeking a Cyber Program Director to spearhead technical engagement with US Government and technology partners. You'll drive operational outcomes in both classified and unclassified spaces, delivering actionable insights through strategic partnerships with top technology providers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Collaborative Programs: Spearhead innovative programs with private sector technology partners to unlock new cyber intelligence channels for our members.
- Build Strong Relationships: Cultivate and maintain robust connections with intelligence and cyber threat teams, US Government partners, and technology providers to deliver cutting-edge insights on threat actor operations and mitigation strategies.
- Enhance Cyber Capabilities: Work closely with members, government partners, and technology providers to boost data acquisition, analysis, and early warning capabilities on critical cyber threats and vulnerabilities.
- Communicate Effectively: Translate complex technical discussions into clear, actionable written products and briefings for member intelligence and network defense teams, as well as technical and non-cyber experts.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience: 5 years in computer network operations or exploitation within the Intelligence Community, or equivalent experience in the private sector supporting network operations and defense.
- Technical Expertise: Proven ability to collect, analyze, and interpret technical data on cyber threat actor operations, capabilities, and intentions.
- Security Clearance: Current TS-SCI clearance.
- Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship and successful completion of a Background Check are required.
