Title: Revenue Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts receivable for a dedicated portfolio of client accounts.
- Consistently follow up on aged accounts to ensure timely collections.
- Collaborate with the cash team to ensure all payments are accurately applied.
- Provide reports, backup, and invoice copies to attorneys and clients.
- Work directly with billing attorneys to facilitate collections and reduce outstanding receivables.
- Coordinate with departing attorneys to assess the status of clients with outstanding receivables.
- Report problematic accounts to the Revenue Manager.
- Process audit requests for clients.
- Assist with the clean-up of unidentified and unapplied cash receipts.
- Build and nurture client relationships to enhance collections.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of three years of dedicated collection or account management experience.
- Background in law firm or professional services preferred.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and professionally across all levels of the organization.
- Team-oriented with a focus on shared goals and information.
- High level of business acumen with strong multi-tasking abilities.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Capable of assessing information, anticipating issues, and making effective decisions.
- Ability to produce accurate and highly detailed work products.
- Strong client service skills with the ability to organize time and prioritize workload independently.
