The accounting professional will take ownership of financial operations and help establish foundational processes and procedures for our clients growing portfolio.

- Prepare and deliver accurate financial statements.
- Develop and implement standard accounting and financial processes.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations on financial performance.
- Work closely with leadership to manage property management financials, loans, and assets.
Qualifications:
- Proven background in property management accounting; familiarity with QuickBooks and AppFolio is a plus (experience with Yardi also helpful).
- Strong understanding of financial systems and process implementation.
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a small team.
- Experience with property loans and asset management.
Salary : $45 - $55
