- Prepare and maintain support schedules to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Create, review, and post journal entries to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Perform account reconciliations, resolving discrepancies as needed.
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of audits, providing necessary documentation and support.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
- Provide insights to improve financial processes and systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 5 years of accounting experience, with a focus on general ledger activities.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
- Proficiency with NetSuite is required.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and other financial tools.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
