The candidate will be responsible for processing payroll for an organization of approximately 1000 employees.

The candidate will be responsible for processing payroll for an organization of approximately 1000 employees.
Title: Senior Payroll Associate
Location: $75,000/year
The candidate will be responsible for:
- The collection of hours via timesheets in the clients T&E system
- Doing data entry and confirming hours in the system through other computer systems
- Ensure that the hours are accurate before submitting it for final processing.
- General maintenance in HRIS system as needed
- Changes to candidate information (address, marital status, withholding, etc.)
- Process commissions for sales associates
- Complete specialized ad hoc reporting
- Keep track of benefit deductions and adjusting for next payroll.
- Update changes in employee information such as tax and banking information as needed.
Candidates should have the following experience:
- 2 years of experience with processing payroll using a 3rd party payroll platform (ADP, Paycor, Paycom, etc.)
- Strong HR / legal experience in payroll
- Focus in attention to detail
- Ability to work through several systems that are not integrated
- Experience working in payroll processing environment
- Experience with payroll tax preferred but not required
