Our client is looking for smart, personable, and creative individuals interested in helping grow something unique in our markets. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and experience in web application development using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML. As a senior consultant, you will mentor and develop junior staff, deliver quality services to our clients, and expand work under existing contracts.
We are currently looking for a ServiceNow Developer who will:

- Perform day-to-day support and maintenance, work with the functional team to develop solutions in ServiceNow, and coordinate support and development efforts within the admin team.
- Provide general support, administration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform and associated applications
- Work closely with the ServiceNow functional team to build requested items and tasks using workflows to manage customer and fulfillment teams' processes.
- Configure and improve core and custom applications by working closely with the ServiceNow functional team
- Work directly with end users to resolve support issues within ServiceNow
- Monitor health, usage, and overall compliance of ServiceNow and its applications
- Develop systems integrations and process automation
- Create and configure Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts and ACLs, including advanced scripting of each of the above
- Create and configure Notifications, UI pages, UI Macros, Script Includes, Formatters, etc. in ServiceNow
- Configure and manage Discovery
- Lead team in application and platform upgrades
- Load, manipulate and maintain data between Service-now and other systems
- Create ServiceNow reports and dashboards

- Deliver excellent oral and written communication skills to both technical and non-technical audiences

Required Qualifications

- US Citizenship
- Ability to pass a federal background check successfully and maintain eligibility for continued access authorizations, including periodic drug screenings, granted by such a successful background check
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3-5 years of ServiceNow development experience
- Strong JavaScript, XML, and HTML skills and familiarity with LDAP, MS Active Directory and ADFS
- Proven experience implementing and customizing a web-architected, n-tiered enterprise application
- Proven experience implementing integrations of enterprise software systems
- Experience creating ServiceNow update sets, promoting and testing through multiple instances and into production
- Must be technically savvy and able to design and build applications that meet business goals and objectives
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate clean, organized and thorough information and data appropriate for the intended audience
Desired Qualifications:

- Experience working in the government sector (local, state, or federal)
- ServiceNow System Administrator / Developer certifications
- Experience configuring ServiceNow Discovery
- Strong knowledge and familiarity with ITSM processes
- ITIL V4 Foundation Certification
