We are seeking Settlement Accounting Professional's for project-based work for activities related to FDIC bank receivership for inclusion into our pre-award program. This is a remote job opportunity, but travel will be required.

Settlement Accounting Professional
- Four-year business, accounting or equivalent degree from an accredited university (reflected on the resume), which includes or is supplemented by at least 12 hours in accounting or auditing.
- Five (5) years' bank operation experience.
- A working knowledge of data processing systems.
- Ability to effectively and professionally communicate with individuals at all levels.
- Ability to accurately follow oral and written instructions.
- Proficient in data processing systems and advanced Microsoft Office programs to prepare reports and forms.
- Capable of performing in a detail oriented and repetitive environment.
- Capable of learning technical and financial terminology to properly classify and file material.
- Proficiency in Microsoft's Office Suite Products and ability to quickly learn standardized software/database system used by the FDIC. Must have advanced Excel experience and proficiency capable of quickly obtaining and processing complex data downloads and manipulating data for a wide range of detailed and multi-level reports.
