Responsibilities:
- Office Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of the outpatient psychiatry office, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and support administrative staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Patient Coordination: Oversee patient scheduling, registration, and check-in/check-out processes to ensure a positive patient experience.
- Financial Management: Handle billing, insurance claims, and accounts receivable, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payments.
- Compliance: Ensure the office complies with all relevant regulations and standards, including HIPAA and OSHA.
- Inventory Management: Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper maintenance.
