The Clubs of Cordillera Ranch is hiring a Full-Time Racquet Sports Professional to join our team.
Position Summary :
Provide the ultimate racquet sports experience by delivering the highest quality tennis and Pickleball instruction and customer service. Teach various racquet sports programs, including junior programs, adult programs, junior and adult private lessons, special events, and clinics.
Essential Duties :
- Provide beginning through advanced instruction (private and group) for all levels of players.
- Schedule, administer and promote leagues, round robins, drop-ins, ladders, tournaments, and all other events as applicable.
- Develop safe, professional, and comprehensive lessons and programs to ensure students develop along a pathway that encourages continued involvement.
- Must be able to interact with Members / Guests professionally, helping them with changes and last-minute requests as needed.
- Assist in supervising play and ensure proper charging of fees.
- Enforce all club rules and regulations governing the use of the club / facility, its equipment, and other property.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and actions through a display of courtesy, service, cooperation, hospitality, sensitivity, and professionalism.
- Perform other duties as required.
