We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing and overseeing comprehensive training programs for our salesforce. Reporting to the Manager of Sales Education, this role will play a critical part in equipping our sales team with the knowledge, tools, and techniques needed to bring new technologies to market, sustain legacy business and succeed in a competitive market.
Responsibilities
Culture of Learning :
- Demonstrates strong knowledge of the cardiovascular space including clinical protocols, procedural overviews, product indications, clinical evidence and market dynamics
- Advocate for compliant, on-label and audit-ready programming while upholding a strong ethical standard to protect learning plans and documentation in accordance with standards of business conduct
- Articulate complex concepts to a variety of learner audiences
- Develop a culture of learning in which all teammates are inspired to enhance and self-direct their knowledge
