Cordisco and Saile is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, A Pre-Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic personal injury team. As a key member of our firm, a successful candidate will immediately become a crucial role in supporting attorneys throughout all stages of pre-litigation, throughout the duration of all assigned matters through settlement or transfer to the litigation team.

Responsibilities:
o Matter Management
· Communicate with clients, insurance companies, and healthcare providers to gather all relevant information.
· Assist in case evaluation and strategy development.
· Collect and organize medical records, police reports, and other case-related documents.
· Draft demand letters and other legal correspondence
· Maintain case files and databases.
o Administrative Support
· Perform general administrative tasks, such as assisting with incoming phone calls, scheduling and maintaining calendars, and assisting team members if needed.
Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field preferred
- 2 years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in personal injury law
- Strong knowledge of legal procedures and terminology
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Familiarity with medical and injury claim terminology preferred
- Proficient in the use of legal case management software (Litify a plus) and Microsoft Office Suite.
