The Opportunity:
We’re seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Cabinet Fabricator to join our growing team. As a key part of our shop, you’ll bring custom designs to life, from raw materials to finished products. Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Measure, cut, assemble, and fabricate custom cabinets using woodworking tools and machinery.
- Ensure precision, fit, and finish in all aspects of cabinet fabrication.
- Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot design challenges and ensure project timelines are met.
- Sand, prep, and inspect cabinets for quality before finishing or installation.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and materials are handled safely.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a cabinet fabricator, woodworker, or in a similar role.
- Strong ability to read and interpret drawings and measurements.
- Proficiency with woodworking tools and machinery.
