Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, focusing on both Interventional pain management and medication management. This role requires a strong commitment to patient advocacy and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and managing patient care.

Duties

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients, including physical examinations and health histories.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and preferences.
• Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care for chronic pain management.
• Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with ICD-10 coding standards.
• Stay current with advancements in medical practices related to Interventional Pain Medecine.
• Review and determine weather a paitient will require medication management.
• Review imaging reports and determine a treatment plan.

Skills

• Proficient in patient care techniques and best practices related to pain management.
• Ability to work effectively with individuals with disabilities, demonstrating empathy and understanding of their unique needs.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple patient cases efficiently.

Pay: $120,000.00 per year
