LPN / RN Weekend Supervisor Position Summary
The LPN / RN Weekend Supervisor is responsible for supervising and leading our clinical team on the unit during the weekend. Their leadership role includes the following responsibilities :
Assess resident needs, develop individual care plans, administer, and evaluate nursing care, and supervise CNAs and other nursing personnel on the unit.
Inform physicians of any changes in resident conditions.
Communicate with patients, family members, and the interdisciplinary team about care plan changes.
Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.

LPN / RN Weekend Supervisor Requirements
Current unrestricted LPN or RN license in practicing state
Current CPR / BLS Certification
