Purpose :
The Business Systems Analyst II will play a key role in analyzing, designing, and implementing technology solutions that meet business needs. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, as well as experience in gathering requirements, designing systems, and supporting project implementation. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of business processes, ERP / CRM systems, and experience with data analysis tools.
Responsibilities :
Gather and document detailed business requirements through stakeholder engagement and analysis.
Design and document scalable system solutions, including functional specifications and workflows.
Support project implementation by conducting testing and facilitating user acceptance.
Serve as a communication bridge between IT and business teams, providing training and support.
Collaborate on data integration and develop reports for informed business decisions.
Drive continuous process improvement and lead quality assurance initiatives.
Coordinate product launches and ensure effective post-launch support.
Ensure regulatory compliance and security through collaboration and procedural development.
Work Requirements, Experience, Education, and Skills :
Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
3-5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
Proficiency in business analysis and project management tools.
Strong understanding of business processes and ERP / CRM systems.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
SQL and data visualization skills a plus.
Insurance domain knowledge preferred.
