What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inside Sales Account Manager position at Cordyne, Inc.?
Job Duties:
- Quotes cost and estimates delivery to customer based on knowledge of production and manufacturer’s delivery schedule.
- Enter sales orders and responds to customer inquiries regarding delivery status/order details.
- Works with other inside sales representatives/vendors to update current pricing information.
- Obtains new and updated customer data and other sales data for update in current system by appropriate person.
- Develops and maintains relationships with purchasing contacts.
- Investigates and resolves delivery issues with manufacturing and distribution.
- Works closely with product manufacturers and supplier representatives.
Qualifications:
- Some College preferred
- 3 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience in the electrical industry
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Experience with Tribute, MySis and Quickbooks is a plus
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Be able to work as part of a team and effectively collaborate with co-workers
- Excellent organization skills
- Ability to research information and interact with manufacturer’s website
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
- Must have a positive attitude
- Must be able to meet deadlines
- Reading and interpreting electrical specs is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
