In addition, Core 3 provides a comprehensive range of services, including repairs, maintenance, construction, cleaning, full-service landscaping, grounds maintenance, and snow removal services.
About the role: We are seeking an experienced Lawn Maintenance Crew Leader to oversee and ensure efficient lawn maintenance. Strong leadership, landscaping knowledge, and commitment to quality service are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the mowing team, ensuring adherence to schedules.
- Train crew members on mowing techniques, safety, and customer service.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure high-quality landscaping.
- Oversee maintenance, repairs, and proper use of landscaping equipment.
- Communicate with clients, address concerns, and maintain positive relationships.
- Enforce safety guidelines for a secure work environment.
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.Flexibility to work additional hours during peak seasons or when necessary.
- Minimum 2 years in grounds maintenance with leadership experience.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage and motivate a team.
- Attention to detail and ability to ensure high-quality workmanship.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and ability to enforce them consistently.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
