The primary focus of the Customer Account Manager Trainee is to consult with customers, identify their needs, and recommend customized solutions to deliver a powerful customer-centric experience designed to drive business and grow revenue. Responsibilities of the Customer Account Manager Trainee:
- Use pre qualified leads to facilitate the full cycle sales process through face-to-face collaborative presentations with customers to educate them on exclusive promotions and product benefits
- Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to maximize market penetration and cultivate lasting partnerships to drive revenue goals
- Create compelling, thoughtful, and unique sales proposals to engage potential clients and spark consultative conversation
