They initiate, maintain, and sustain relationships with each of our customers to bolster ROI and revenue.

Entry-Level Customer Representative Responsibilities :
- Execute engagement strategy, connect with potential customer accounts and educate them on their product inquiry and the added benefits of services
- Be a product expert to provide consistent and straightforward customer service and close sales cycles
- Negotiate inquiries with precision, while overturning any additional customer objections
- Participate and engage in ongoing in-house training and development with other entry-level Customer Representatives
- Eagerly assist in additional professional tasks and enthusiastically accept challenges
