During the paid training program, Management Trainees will build expertise in negotiation, client acquisition, and leadership development. Previous experience in retail, hospitality, sales, or similar fields is a plus, as we highly value the transferable skills from these industries.

Please note : This is an in-person position requiring attendance at our Harrisburg office, so candidates must be able to commute. We welcome individuals eager to gain experience and grow in a professional work environment.

Responsibilities

• Attend client training sessions to stay informed on industry trends, products, and promotions.
• Establish new customer accounts and maintain strong relationships with existing ones.
• Collaborate with management to plan and execute sales goals, ensuring team objectives are achieved.
• Engage face-to-face with prospective and current customers on behalf of our clients, upholding brand standards.
• Maintain open communication with team members and management to ensure seamless operations.
• Train and mentor new team members to foster their development.
