Project Manager – In Office - Endicott, NY
The Position:
This role is 100% in office, in Endicott, NY. The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple consulting projects simultaneously. This role requires strong organizational and leadership skills to ensure projects are completed on time, and within scope while maintaining a high standard of quality.
The Project Manager will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, providing clear direction, problem-solving, and status updates. A successful candidate will be adept at managing competing priorities in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
Project Planning & Initiation:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, and resource allocations.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Project Execution & Monitoring:
- Lead project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and clear communication among team members.
- Monitor project progress, adjusting schedules and resource allocation as needed.
- Manage changes to project scope, and timelines ensuring proper documentation and approval.
- Track and report on project performance metrics, including timelines, and quality benchmarks.
Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues that arise.
- Provide regular updates to clients on project status, deliverables, and potential risks or changes.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Guide, mentor, and support team members to ensure project objectives are met.
- Foster a collaborative, solutions-focused culture within project teams.
Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement:
- Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
- Implement best practices for project management, ensuring continuous process improvement.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in project management, preferably in consulting or a related industry.
- Proven experience managing multiple, concurrent projects with varying complexities.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant certifications are a plus.

Pay Rate - Job Culture - Benefits:
- Pay Rate: Starting at $25.00/hour.
- Location: In Office – Endicott, New York - must reside within a commutable distance – no relocation package offered.
