Job Summary :
We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer to join our IT health system team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in migrating data from Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems, particularly Epic, and Human Resources (HR) systems into Oracle. Additionally, proficiency with no / low code tools such as Alteryx is essential. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the seamless integration and migration of data to support our organization's operational and analytical needs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Data Migration : Lead the migration of data from EMR systems (e.g., Epic) and HR systems into Oracle databases, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Data Integration : Develop and maintain data integration workflows using no / low code tools such as Alteryx to streamline data processes.
- Data Quality : Implement data quality checks and validation processes to ensure the accuracy and consistency of migrated data.
- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, and clinical departments, to understand data requirements and provide technical support.
- Documentation : Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for data migration processes, data mappings, and integration workflows.
- Performance Optimization : Optimize data migration and integration processes for efficiency and scalability.
- Troubleshooting : Identify and resolve data-related issues and discrepancies in a timely manner.
