Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Minimum of 7 years of project management experience, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Proven experience with EHR/EMR/FM conversions and implementations.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare/clinical operations, particularly within Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRC).
- Experience with financial software programs and their integration with EHR systems.
- Experience with integrations involving EHR products like Surescripts, labs, Epic, Healthcare exchanges, pharmacies, and other clinical web-based applications.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- PMP or similar project management certification is preferred.
