Job Summary : We seek an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead the migration and integration of our EHR / EMR and financial systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical health services, financial systems, and information technology, with proven experience in managing complex data conversion projects.

Key Responsibilities :

• Project Leadership : Lead the end-to-end migration of EHR / EMR systems from MatrixCare to Point-Click-Care (PCC), ensuring minimal disruption to clinical and financial operations.
• Financial Systems Integration : Oversee the migration and integration of financial systems, ensuring compatibility and seamless operation within the new EHR platform.
• Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including IT, clinical staff, and financial teams, to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
• Data Conversion : Manage the EHR data conversion process, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Risk Management : Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Training and Support : Develop and implement training programs for staff to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
• Performance Monitoring : Establish metrics and KPIs to monitor project progress and system performance post-migration.
