What You’ll Do:
- Conduct Internal Audits: Support lead consultants by conducting internal audits for first-time implementations and ongoing support services.
- Assess & Document Compliance: Review customer documentation, assess systems, and conduct audits to prepare clients for upcoming external audits.
- Audit Scheduling: Coordinate internal audits and ensure timely scheduling of all assigned audits.
- Improve Processes: Continuously assess and improve internal audit processes to enhance quality and customer satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education & Certification:
- ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor certification is a must. Other relevant Lead Auditor certifications (ISO 27001, 14001, 45001, etc.) are a plus.
- Experience:
- Required: 4 years of practical experience, with at least 2 years in Quality Assurance or Information Security.
- Preferred: External audit experience, particularly in industries like Equipment Manufacturing, IT Services, Distributors, and Manufacturing.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 19011, and ISO 17021). Preferably looking for an individual with strong knowledge in IT services, familiar with ISO 27001, NIST/CMMC, or other IT standards.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects at once.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
