Position Overview:
We are seeking an organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and manage correspondence via email and mail.
- Assist in the coordination of meetings, including venue arrangements and catering.
- Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Support the finance team with basic bookkeeping tasks and invoice processing.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
