Role Overview:
DescriptionWe are seeking an energetic and dynamic Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere, exemplifying professionalism and efficiency. Your main responsibility will be to manage our front desk operations, which includes answering phone calls, greeting guests, and handling inquiries. In addition, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments, maintaining office supplies, and performing various administrative tasks to support our staff and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for team members.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain a neat and organized reception area.
- Provide information and assist clients with inquiries and requests.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management is a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a related role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office equipment.
