The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, problem-solver, and has a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to Customer Inquiries: Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or social media in a professional and friendly manner.
Problem Resolution: Identify customer issues and provide solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively assist customers and offer tailored recommendations.
Escalation Management: Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary and follow up to ensure resolution.
Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and communicate insights to the team for product or service improvements.
Meet Performance Metrics: Achieve individual and team performance goals, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with customer service software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
