Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input data into designated systems and databases.
- Verify and review data for accuracy and completeness, identifying any errors or inconsistencies.
- Maintain and update records in a timely manner, ensuring all information is current.
- Organize and store files to ensure proper data management and retrieval.
- Follow data confidentiality and security policies to protect sensitive information.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as required by the team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or a related field is a plus.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors.
