Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Clerk to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and managing data within our systems. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail, ensuring that all information is entered correctly and promptly. You will be tasked with maintaining the accuracy of our databases and supporting various departments with data-related needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update data into databases and spreadsheets
- Verify and correct data entries to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Assist in the maintenance of data integrity and security
- Compile and prepare reports based on collected data
- Respond to data inquiries and provide assistance to team members as needed
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in data management is a plus
- Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar role
- Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy
