Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities
Strategy Development:
- Design and implement effective marketing strategies tailored to different channels (digital, social, print, etc.).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive positioning.
- Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Develop and oversee content creation, advertising, and promotional activities.
Brand Management:
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and platforms.
- Manage and enhance the company's online presence and reputation.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- Use analytics tools to track campaign performance and generate reports.
- Provide insights and recommendations for future marketing initiatives.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing and sales strategies.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as needed.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, and content marketing.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM systems, etc.).
