As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for handling a variety of tasks that ensure inventory accuracy, promote safety, and enhance warehouse efficiency. You will be involved in receiving shipments, organizing stock, and preparing orders for delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and unload shipments from delivery trucks.
- Sort and organize inventory in designated storage areas.
- Prepare and pack orders for shipment with accuracy.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and update records accordingly.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment according to safety protocols.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven experience in a warehouse or similar environment preferred.
- Ability to lift heavy objects, up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management systems is a plus.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read and interpret documents.
