As a growing company, we operate in multiple states and deliver pre-construction services, owners representation and general construction in the following sectors : government, higher education, aviation, transportation and convention center.
We are seeking a Billing Administrator to become an integral part of our team! You will compile data, compute charges, and prepare pay applications, invoices and financial reports. We do project-based accounting, you perform tasks to support categorizing each of the expenses per project.
Responsibilities :
- Calculate costs of goods and services
- Track and record project expenses based on clients and operations per location
- Distribute invoices and pay applications for review
- Keep accurate records in accordance with company standards
- Perform all other office tasks
