Essential Duties
- Lead and oversee the execution of hospital implementation projects, ensuring seamless adoption of solutions.
- Develop detailed project plans, outlining scope, deliverables, timelines, milestones, resources, and budgets.
- Manage multiple, high-impact projects across different departments, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications with hospital administrators, clinical staff, clients, and vendors.
- Lead cross-functional teams and delegate tasks, ensuring accountability for timely and high-quality completion.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive collaboration and project success.
- Monitor project progress, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and resources, assessing impacts and communicating adjustments.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Provide regular updates to leadership on project performance, key milestones, and strategic recommendations.
- Facilitate training, documentation, and change management efforts to promote sustainability of project outcomes.
- Act as a thought leader in continuous process improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field preferred
- Project Management Equivalent (PMP) Certification highly preferred
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in hospital operations, project management or implementation roles.
- Proven experience managing hospital implementations and cross-functional projects in a healthcare setting.
